Feedback, comments & complaints
We aim to make your experience at the Practice as relaxed as possible and welcome feedback from patients.
Communication from patients is very important to us, whether it is good or bad, feedback helps the Practice to grow and maintain a good service for our patients.
If you wish to make a comment, compliment or complaint, please contact our Practice Manager who will discuss any issues / concerns you may have or deal with your complaint and talk you through our procedure.
We take complaints very seriously and endeavour to ensure that patients are pleased with all aspects of their treatment. All complaints are to be thoroughly, courteously and expeditiously investigated with the aim of achieving a mutually acceptable resolution. Our goal is to manage and resolve complaints and patients’ concerns in a caring and sensitive manner.
If you feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved you may contact Dental Complaints Service, Stephenson House for private treatment or Dumfries and Galloway Primary Care Trust, for NHS treatment.
